Are You There? It’s Me, Mark.

Alone in the Sands

That is not just a rhetorical question. I really want to know. Are you there?

My primary motivation for maintaining a blog these days is to force myself to think. I am very much a self-directed learner. That involves a certain amount of discipline and, if no one holds me accountable, laziness tends to win. Keeping up a schedule of writing helps push my photography. After all, if I don’t have some decent shots to share, this blog will look awful barren.

All that is good, but it really helps me to know that there is someone else…well…there! I wanted to take this opportunity to share ways you can show me that I’m not alone.

If You’re There, Chime In!

  • Leave a comment and simply say hello. If you feel like it, let me know what you enjoy (or despise, if you must) about my posts
  • Head over to my YouTube channel and take a look. If you enjoy the content, subscribe so I know you’re there, too! Comments are always welcome there as well.
  • You can find me on Facebook, including two photography pages: Mark Gunter Photography and QuestionMark Photo. These will also have links to my other social media accounts and my websites. Like, Follow, or just leave a friendly comment. If we’ve worked together and you enjoyed it, leave a review.

These are just a few of the many ways to keep up with me. I tend to be pretty busy between my full-time job, photography business, and family. As a result, I’m not always the easiest person to reach, but I’m here!
